Study Buddies

Study Buddies were formed in Olympia, Washington, sometime during 2005, between myself and two friends, Dylan Sharp and Carrie Keith. They play in Gun Outfit now. With futility, I've tried hyping up this recording to some small labels in hope of a retroactive release, but the flutter of interest proved naught. The above recording is from a 5 song CD-R recorded by Sam Staebler, and ltd. to about 35. They came with 4 x 6 photos of the Study Buddies, and a lyric insert.
We had about a dozen more songs which were never released, though many were recorded in other sessions. Today, I found a 11 song CD recording we did with Eli Moore, containing a few songs that never made it to the demo, but were staples of our live set.
An aside: several unfinished song ideas I had during the tail end of the Study Buddies became the genesis of the early Nodzzz repertoire. If anyone is interested in what that may sound like, tune back for a posting of the 2007 CD-R demo soon, if and when I get around to it.
